ALL SFX School Parents--PK3, UPK, K--8--IMPORTANT! Please check the 2020--2021 school year immunization requirements. We have posted them here for your convenience.
In addition, all Pre-K3 and UPK students will need to receive a flu shot by 12/31/20.
Make an appointment with your child's pediatrician NOW to ensure your child is up to date on all required immunizations.
If your child is not up to date on all immunizations, he/she will NOT be allowed to enter the school building when in-person school resumes. NO EXCEPTIONS.
